Zhongou Engine Oil Pufifier has ten types,including type JRA ` to type JRA d,and their processing capacity range from 1T/day to 10T/day.
The Working Principle Of JRA series:
When used engine oil is pumped into the reaction system of the equipment, a certain mount of purifying additive and decoloring additive are added into the reaction system in succession,then the oil and additiv are mixed round and heated. Through the physical and chemical effects, the electriferous polar particles in the used engine oil accumulate to more bigger dimension impurity. Simultaneously through the ordinal process of vacuum air-removing,dehydrateing,cooling and filtrating,the used oil is purified primarily. At last, the primarily purified oil is filtrated by the high precision filtration system and regenerated closely to the new engine oil.
The Six Systems Of The JRA-series:
1.Decoloring reaction system:meet the color standard grade 2~5,yellow or brown;
2.Filtrating system:precision can meet the standard NAS grade 4~6;
3.Heating System:temperature range scope 176?356?,the suiface heating load of heat transfer <1.0w/cm2.The alternative current is 380V,50HZ(as needed);
4.Air-removing system:gas content in oil after purification not more than 0.01%;
5.Dehydrating system:water content in oil after purification not more than 100PPM. Adopting the four cooling methods of wind-cooling,water-cooling,medium-cooling and naturualy cooling way.
6.Controling system:consist of five safety controling sections
